I belong to a landless family from a remote village of India. My parents somehow managed to admit me to a missionary school called Khrist Raja High School Bettiah, Bihar, a very renowned school in West Champaran. Champaran is where Gandhiji started his movement for freedom.

In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. A good leader is one who carries the burdens of those they are leading. He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated.
